MONITOR SKI PRESEASON
As part of our preparation before the ski season in Baqueira, the Monitor team participates in a preseason stage in the Italian Alps. This activity focuses on three main objectives:
TRAINING, LEARNING, AND TEAM BUILDING
We are the only school that organizes this trip to the Alps. This added value emphasizes our commitment to the ongoing training of our instructors and reinforces our focus on the excellence in ski instruction and the continuous improvement of our team.
During this outing, we focus on intensive training, where each instructor has the opportunity to learn and enhance their skiing-related skills. Additionally, we conduct team-building activities designed to strengthen cohesion and collaboration within the team.
This initiative takes place a few weeks before the start of the season and aims to ensure that everyone is well-prepared and cohesive before tackling the season. It is a crucial opportunity to acquire new skills, strengthen team bonds, and ensure a successful start to the skiing season.
